Private Clients : Italy :  

When purchasing an Italian property that has been advertised through the Lavenders website or one that has been introduced by associates, the Lavenders agency fees are 3% of the purchase price of the property. The 3% agency fee is payable once the preliminary contract (Compromesso) has been signed. This means that once the deposit has been paid and the purchaser and the vendor have signed the contract the Lavenders 3% agency fee will be due & invoiced.

The Lavenders fees are subject to a minimum fee of 3,000 euros.

If a purchaser does not agree to the Terms listed above they must do so in writing to Lavenders, if no correspondence is received it is deemed that the Lavenders Terms are acceptable.
